Fees
I offer a self-referral service. This means that you can make your own appointment for an initial assessment session; you do not need to be referred by a professional such as your GP.
I provide appointments in person in Newcastle, North Tyneside or Gateshead. Online sessions via VSee/Zoom or telephone counselling sessions are available on request; this can be discussed further during initial consultation.
Each session will be 50 minutes in duration. Sessions are typically offered on a weekly or fortnightly basis, but this can be discussed during initial consultation to suit your needs.
You may only need one session you may need more, again that is a decision that we can discuss and mutually agree on during initial consultation.
Counselling sessions are offered at the following rate:
Face to Face Appointment -
From £45 per session
Online Video Appointment - £40 per session
Telephone Appointment - £40 per session
Concessions are available for emergency services personnel, members of the armed forces, students and those currently unemployed. Proof of discount eligibility may be required on request.

For initial assessment appointments/new clients, full payment for the session is required in advance before the appointment can take place.
Cancellation Policy:
As our appointments are in high demand, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment.
If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, then a cancellation fee of £15 will be applicable. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice, or in case of a no show, sessions will be charged at full price, and no refund will be given.

If you are enquiring on behalf of an organisation, employee assistance programme (EAP), or other agency interested in referring employees for counselling please contact me for fees and further details.
